Wigan surprise everyone and sign young starlet Franco Di Santo from Chelsea. The transfer has been announced by Wigan, Di Santo signed a three year contract with the Latics. This is further good news for Wigan fans after last weekend’s win against Tottenham.

Di Santo spent last season on loan at Premiership side Blackburn Rovers. During the loan spell he proved himself as a quality player but lacked goals. Wigan will be hoping that Di Santo sharpens his aim to improve his goal to game ratio.
