Button leaving Juventus joining ManchesterGianluigi Buffon, arguably one of the best goal keepers at the moment, could be leaving Juventus this Summer in favour of a move to Manchester. Whether it will be Man Utd or Man City is still subject to speculation, but it seems highly likely that both teams will be making an official offer during the Summer transfer window. Gianluigi Buffon had originally joined Juventus from Parma for £23 million which was at that time a world-record fee for a goal keeper.

Man Utd could be offering a sum in cash and the services of Vidic to lure the Italian goal keeper to Manchester. It’s being said that Nemanja Vidic’s family is not completely happy living in England and they will favour a move to a hotter country such as Italy or Spain. On the other hand, Man City will be putting on the table a cash offer to Juventus which will be hard to reject.

Buffon is demanding a wage of £4 million after tax, which however could be a stumbling block for Man Utd, who are very reluctant in upsetting their wage structure especially for a goal keeper. Such sale if it materializes will help Juventus rebuild their current aging squad which under performed this season.

I don’t think Manchester United will buy buffon, he’s way past his best. Ferguson will go for a younger keeper this time.

Cause Man Utd don’t have a young goalie in their ranks …
