Carlo AncelottiIf Carlo Ancelotti manages to qualify to the quarter finals stage of the Champions League, Jose Mourinho’s era at Inter will almost surely end in June, irrelevant of how the league finishes. If Inter don’t make it to the next round it will be a big dissapointment for the club’s president Massimo Moratti. Should Mourinho be shown the exit door in June the candidates would be Fiorentina’s Cesare Prandelli and Bordeaux’s Laurent Blanc. It is being said that even if Mourinho makes it to the quarter finals he might be offloaded from his post at Inter due to his constant comments about his future. Inter believe that he is doing so to demand another pay rise in the summer.

Now his future is in his enemies hands, Carlo Ancelotti’s hands, similar to when Rafa Benitez pushed Roberto Mancini away from his Inter post.
